Yesterday I’m gonna follow-up in regard to me losing faith in humanity with another vacation story that happened.
Eating breakfast with my sister-in-law at the hotel and about 13 other folks when a lady screamed in pain from across the room.
Startled I swung around to see what’s up and to see this lady hunched over grabbing her stomach crying in pain. While this is going on, not more than 2 feet away were 3 gentlemen eating their breakfast with only one of them quietly asking if she was ok.
I got up walked over to see if there was anything i could do as she cried in pain.
I mean this lady had some serious issues happening and out of these folks I was the only one for a few seconds who seemed to care. Honestly even her friend that was with her was in no immediate rush to help as well as the hotel staff kinda stood around scratching their heads as to how to proceed.
I’m thankful another person arrived to help and when I saw he was a former Marine I knew to follow his lead as he would have better medical training then me.
This poor soul had other issues other than being in tremendous pain; she was foreign and pregnant!
Now in the end, the EMS arrived and proceeded to do their job, the former Marine stood by to answer any questions they may have had and I simply walked away only to have the 3 Gents thank me for stepping up.
WTF?! This is what I’m talking about, STEP THE FUCK UP AND BE A DECENT HUNMAN BEING AND NOT WORRY ABOUT YOUR FREE FREAKING EGG AND BAGEL MEAL!

This individual is practically falling out of her chair, screaming for help and people have their collective thumbs up their asses.
I never did catch the former Marines name, just the ensigna on his well pressed shirt. To this gentleman I applaud you and thank you for having something majority of people do not have these days = DECENCY!
That’s it, slap the tap, get your heads straight and do what the Greatest Generations and Small Town ‘Murica did, have some manners and help your fellow man
