CVS Health, the health care company behind the over 9,900 pharmacy stores across the U.S., is investing $15.3 million into a Northside affordable housing development in San Antonio. The company is teaming up with Indiana-based developer Pedcor Investments and San Antonio Housing Trust to fund the 312-unit Crosswind Apartments to be located at 4114 N Loop 1604 East, according to a news release.

Crosswind Apartments will feature 13 three-story residential buildings that will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
