Following a busy morning of slamming Nordstrom’s decision to discontinue stocking the Ivanka Trump collection, Donald Trump resumed more serious tweeting early Wednesday afternoon to once again address what the administration perceives as lax border security and reiterate the need for his immigration ban to be enforced without further challenges.
As the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals continues to hear arguments regarding a temporary halt on his executive order, Trump used social media to argue that restoring the ban should be a simple resolution—an easy decision, if you will. Except that’s not what Trump called it. Whether it was a semantic oversight or an attempt to save characters, Trump denounced the continued legal battle, saying, “Big increase in traffic into our country from certain areas, while our people are far more vulnerable, as we wait for what should be EASY D!”
