An Ohio teacher is accused of having sexual intercourse with a 14-year-old student inside a middle school, according to court documents filed Wednesday.
Court documents filed by the Montgomery County Prosecutor’s Office show that Jessica Langford, 32, allegedly had sexual intercourse and oral sex with a 14-year-old teenage boy at Miamisburg Middle School in Miami Township, according to the Dayton Daily News.
In a court appearance on November 21, Langford, who taught middle school math at Miamisburg, pleaded not guilty to three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor and three counts of sexual battery.
The document detailing the accusations against Langford comes as the 32-year-old requested that the prosecution release the name of her accuser and give a list of specific allegations against her.
