Oregon passed a $10.2 million bill healthcare bill to help women receive free reproductive healthcare benefit at taxpayer expense. Yet the focus is on money to allow a female, if needed, to have an abortion for any reason. The mass majority of the money goes towards services such as; services, drugs, devices, products or procedures to prevent a pregnancy. Which means condoms, birth control pills, sex education, screenings for sexual transmitted disease and cancers, and so on that people without health insurance can get. Oh and even their spouse is eligible for services as well.
