Senator Susan Collins says she does not understand why fired FBI Director James Comey had his book published in the middle of an investigation.
In an interview today, the Republican Senator from Maine said Comey’s book is potentially disruptive to the Mueller probe.
Collins said if she were advising a future FBI director — she would tell them to always follow the Justice Department’s protocols and guidelines seeing as how Comey did not.
