    After a three-and-a-half-hour meeting that alleged everything from haphazard ballot keeping to “pattern recognition classification” of signatures and deleted election records, a question remained.

    Will elected officials act on what they heard, and if so, what will they do after hearing hours of testimony about the 2020 presidential election in Maricopa County?

    None of the multiple reviews have found widespread fraud nor evidence to overturn the state of Arizona going for Joe Biden last year, despite claims made by former President Donald Trump.

    The much-anticipated — and much-debunked — report was made public Friday and didn’t appear to fundamentally change the minds of anyone in a position of power in Arizona. And those who pledged to consider amending state election law did so without offering concrete plans for going forward, even as Democrats continued warning the exercise would become a vehicle to suppress voters.
