Generation Z is tough.
Too young to remember 9/11, yet never knowing a time when the United States wasn’t at war. The first “digital natives” were already growing up in a time of unsettlement and insecurity, forced to take on the divisive world of Trump-era politics. Coming of age in the shadow of the Great Recession, they are hard-working, financially pragmatic realists.
Then came the pandemic.
Gen Zers have been forced to move back into their childhood bedrooms in their millions, birds pushed back into the nest after finally taking flight.
