Opinion: Criticizing the governor for not wearing a mask at the White House is not politics. Just as going maskless was ‘common sense.’
I don’t believe Gov. Doug Ducey is fond Donald Trump.
I suspect he might secretly even dislike him. A lot.
But he is clearly afraid of him.
Big time.
It’s like the two of them are in sixth grade and Trump is the bully who every day threatens to take Ducey’s lunch money if Ducey doesn’t do exactly what Trump tells him to do.
So Ducey complies.
That’s why he didn’t wear a mask at times during Trump’s nomination acceptance speech and extravaganza at the White House.
