Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, and JPMorgan Chase on Tuesday announced plans to partner on ways to address health care for their U.S. employees.
The companies will launch an independent company to focus on improving employee satisfaction and reducing costs, initially targeting technology solutions.
The intention is to create a company that would be “free from profit-making incentives.”
