You could say Cracker Barrel is getting a facelift. They’d probably refer to it as a little nip and tuck.
The beloved restaurant chain best known for its old-time feel and traditional Southern country fare, has some big changes in the works.
Cracker Barrel CEO Julie Felss Masino announced earlier this month the chain is planning to freshen up its decor and liven its menu.
“We’re just not as relevant as we once were,” Masino told investors on a conference call to discuss her plans. She said that some of recipes and the chain’s processes hadn’t evolved in decades.
