Fox News blames deaths of Americans in Syria on Hillary Clinton and Benghazi – By Bob Brigham (Raw Story) / Jan 16 2019
Four Americans were killed in Syria, the Pentagon announced on Wednesday, yet Fox News was focused on the 2012 attack in Benghazi — that also killed four Americans.
ISIS has claimed responsibility for the attack, which killed two service members, a Defense Department civilian and a defense contractor.
Fox News played video of Vice President Mike Pence speaking about Syria.
“The caliphate has crumbled and ISIS has been defeated,” Pence claimed.
Fox News then quickly pivoted to discuss an attack over six years ago with Tom Fritton, of the conservative group Judicial Watch.

“Benghazi is key to this issue about uncovering [Hillary] Clinton emails — frankly, when you look at the documents we have uncovered, you see links even between Benghazi and the current mess in Syria,” Fritton argued.
