His life is a beach, but he’s still complaining.
A judge ruled Monday that Mike Huckabee and more than a dozen other rich Floridians can’t use their private beaches while the state is under coronavirus lockdown, NBC News reported.
Huckabee, the ex-governor of Arkansas and former Republican presidential candidate, was simply the biggest name among the 16 people who fought the law in Walton County, which is located in the panhandle.
So far, however, the law has won.
Walton County prohibited use of all beaches, public or private, to stop the spread of COVID-19.
Huckabee and the other beachfront property owners filed a complaint that would allow them to use their private beaches, according to NBC News.
