Stephanie Clifford — whose career as porn star ‘Stormy Daniels’ has become notorious because of her affair with Donald Trump in the early 2000’s — has filed a lawsuit against the sitting President of the United States over the “hush agreement” she received payment for in 2015.
Clifford claims in the suit that the agreement is invalid because Trump never signed it.

The binding of the agreement came under scrutiny after Trump’s lawyer, Michael Cohen, admitted to paying the sex worker in order to avoid scrutiny over campaign finance laws.
