Yes the cartels (those bad hombres) are a disgusting lot, but you’re basically calling for a military exercise inside one of allies, one that is our 3rd biggest oil import/export partner. The excerpt of the call did not detail who exactly Trump considered “bad hombres,” nor did it make clear the tone and context of the remark, made in a Friday morning phone call between the leaders.
