A good piece of life advice for any parent whose child’s backpack goes missing at school would be to not call that school and then threaten to blow it up.
That probably seems like good, common sense to most people.
Another thing that probably seems sensical to most would be to not follow up said threat with this line: “Some kids will be missing.”
Even if it is a really, really nice backpack, it’s just not the way to go about handling such an issue.
