CVS Health investing $15M in affordable housing apartments in San Antonio – By Steven Santana (MySA) / March 7, 2022
CVS Health, the health care company behind the over 9,900 pharmacy stores across the U.S., is investing $15.3 million into a Northside affordable housing development in San Antonio. The company is teaming up with Indiana-based developer Pedcor Investments and San Antonio Housing Trust to fund the 312-unit Crosswind Apartments to be located at 4114 N Loop 1604 East, according to a news release.
Crosswind Apartments will feature 13 three-story residential buildings that will have one-, two-, and three-bedroom units.
The units will support individuals and families earning from 30% to 60% of area median income. Those incomes range between $15,600 to $31,140 for a single person, and between $22,250 to $44,460 for a family of four, according to city data.
