A Delaware County school district had changed its dress code after hearing complaints from a local Satanic organization that it was discriminatory, WPVI reported Tuesday.
Joseph Rose, the founder of a local organization called Satanic Delco, told WPVI that Satanists with children attending schools within the Rose Tree Media School District told him about language in the dress code that banned any clothing or gear that are “satanic in nature.”
He said it was wrong for a public school to allow religious expression while prohibiting “the expression of one specific religion,” WPVI reported.
