The end of the school year not only signifies graduation ceremonies, it’s also the time for pranks. One Wisconsin high school recently pulled off one that even impressed local police.

A group of seniors at Cumberland High School, located in the town of Cumberland, left their mark with a faux car crash scene. It appeared that the back of a vehicle collided with the building, leaving a huge hole and a ton of bricks strewn everywhere.

In reality, half a car, likely pulled from a junk yard, was placed in front of a black tarp to create the fake hole. The students also added some loose bricks to make it look more realistic.

The prank caught the attention of local officers. In a Facebook post, the Cumberland Police Department wrote: “Hats off to the Cumberland High School Class of 2018 on your senior prank. Congratulations Class of 2018 on one of best senior pranks that Cumberland High School has seen. Congratulations to all the seniors who are graduating.”

It wasn’t all fun and games. There was a deeper message. The windows displayed messages that read, “C-ya May 19, 2018!” and “CHS Class of 2018 We’re Bustin Out.” The teens also took pictures in front of the scene with banners that said, “Parents who host lose the most.” The phrase referred to parents who allow underage kids to drink.
