Melania Trump and son Barron moved into the White House on Sunday, five months after her husband President Donald Trump took office Jan. 20. The first lady had been living with her 11-year-old son in Manhattan’s Trump Tower so that the latter could finish the school year.
“Looking forward to the memories we’ll make in our new home!” Melania tweeted Sunday from her official @FLOTUS account, along with a photo showing a view of the Washington Monument from a window in the White House. The news of the move was also confirmed by her communications director Stephanie Grisham.
On Sunday, Melania and Donald were pictured holding hands as they walked from Marine One to the White House along with Barron, who sported a T-shirt emblazoned with the words, “The Expert.” Melania’s move to the White House comes just ahead of the president’s 71st birthday
